The Single Cause of All Your Time Management Problems By: Mohamed Tohami Well, in this issue I?m going to talk to you about the most worldwide problem called Time Management. I will give you the cause of all your time management problems so that you can avoid it immediately and gain full control over your time. Time Management will not be a problem anymore. Let me ask you first? What are your priorities and values? Strange question right?!!! But try to answer it. Without knowing your priorities and values you will always fail to best utilize your time. So, you are saying, ?then this is the cause you are talking about Tohami?? Absolutely not. Of course knowing your values and priorities and organizing your time around them are the core of time management. And I believe that big portion of people are doing or trying to do that. They have sense of prioritization and they know what is important for them. But I?m looking beyond that. "What is the cause of all time management problems then?!!!", you say. Ok, I?ll jump into the cause immediately? Get ready to know and eliminate the single cause of all your time management problems forever. Here it is? *** YOU ARE MISSING THE ?WHY?? Read it again. You are missing the ?WHY?? The reason, the meaning and the purpose of your priorities and values. Why did you choose these priorities and values and why are they important to you? What gets us off track easily is that we are not committed or attached to our priorities and values. This is because we don?t have a strong reason or meaning for acting on them. What is your life all about? What is the single driving force behind all what you do? What is your soul going after? What is your LIFE PURPOSE? Knowing your life purpose will help you choose the right priorities that really matters to you; that will help you live with passion every moment. Knowing your life purpose will help you choose your values carefully. Those values that reflect who you truly are. Knowing your life purpose will prevent the "winds" of the ?urgent? or ?more fun? to blow you off course and prevent you from accomplishing your established priorities. Set the sail first and then start sailing. Knowing the purpose of your life is the first step, and then comes your priorities. This way when you set your priorities you will rarely get off track because you have strong compelling reasons behind what you are doing. You will be highly motivated to work on every task until you get it done. You will not only do things right, you will also do THE right things. Knowing your priorities and backing it up with your purpose in life form a combination that can?t be beaten and give you full control over your time. I used to try every single time management technique without success until I discovered my purpose in life. That moment everything has just fitted in place. When you clearly define your purpose, you will easily set your priorities, balance your life, and work on the most important things in your life. Time management is about self management. And this can be achieved when you know yourself very well and discover your unique purpose in life. Time management is about priority management. And this can be achieved when you choose your priorities carefully and proactively schedule your time to take care of the most important things in your life. This way you will live your life with focus, meaning and ultimate satisfaction. So, NOW you know the single cause of all your time management problems. Yes, the lack of the ?WHY? and having unclear purpose in life. Now what are you going to do? How are you going to act after knowing this fact? Are you going to stay as you are or are you going to start discovering your purpose, take control of your time and live a purposeful, meaningful life? The choice is yours. By the end of the day success is a choice. Choose to be GREAT. Remember, taking action is what makes all the difference. My friend, you can make a difference. I believe in you.
